Hello to all,
I’ve been working on creating a new template on my demo site of MODx but now I have gone to the live site’s manager and resources tab, trying to create the new template there to copy/paste the code but its showing me a 404 page inside where the code area should be the current template being used is the default modxhost template.
Please Help.
Are you using Friendly URL on the site ?
If so, did you changed ht.access to .htaccess in /manager folder to stop rewriting URLs ?

It is also possible that mod_security is overly zealous and blocking your POST.

tkfm, i do have friendly urls on, and i did forget to rename the .htaccess from ht.access so i did that this morning and still have the same problem.
sottwell, i havent tried your remedy yet but will do that this evening when i get back home and let ya know how it goes.
