I have exported the SQL backup of a MODx site from my ISP server and imported it in a local MODx copy running under MAMP on my mac (0.9.6.1p2 on both machines); everything worked and I can login to the manager and see/update all the docs, chunks and snippets. But when I try to open the local copy of the site from the browser I get a blank page, which corresponds to a " Call to undefined method ditto::parseOrderBy() in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/modx/manager/includes/document.parser.class.inc.php(769) : eval()’d code on line 783" fatal error in the php logs
any hints?
maybe try runing the installer to make sure all is setup correctly. I had a similar issue recently and running the install (upgrade mode) fixed it right up.

As indicated by the error, it’s related to Ditto, but not sure what the difference might be between your local and remote copies of the snippet and it’s dependent files in assets/snippets/ditto/
Fixed by refreshing all files in the snippets/ditto folder
