migxCalendars: description, features, installation, modifying, using...

There was no thread started for migxCalendars, so I started this one. There is an example/sample here: http://www.revo222.webcmsolutions.de/75/migxcalendars/?date=2014-02-01&view=month that shows many of the features that are needed in an event calendar. Hopefully, Bruno17 (the migxCalendars author) will "take control" of this thread, explain how to install migxCalendars, and how to work with it.

Questions and feature requests as well, I hope.

Feature requests:
1.) ability to pick a date or month, and jump to it (rather than only scrolling)

2.) ability to use the current MODX rich-text editor (such as CKEditor or TinyMCE) to create the content that will appear in the modal window. This would give the ability to style the content, add images, add videos, add maps, etc.
