    Hello guys, I was looking for a way to catch save event in the context manager page to bind a update request to it. I did manage to find a way by reverse engineering but I feel there would be a better way that I might be missing out.

    Here is what I did.

    var actionBtn=Ext.getCmp('modx-action-buttons');

    var saveBtn=actionBtn.items.items[0];

    saveBtn.on('click', function(){

    console.log(saveBtn);
    });

    I would like to hear suggestions from you guys

      Would a plugin that executes on either the OnContextBeforeSave or OnContextSave events work for you?
