Showing Navigation In Template....

hmm... everythings published, and i’m not sure what you want me to look for in the source... but

is the pages that the CMS is powering... and notice how the navigation is showing ugly and normal, even though i have chunks setup and everything?

No, but checking the existance of those files is a common troubleshooting procedure. Especially when everything is in place, and all that’s missing is the styling!
