Answered Need help with HTML form

I'm converting a HTML website to Modx Revolution and so far, so good. However, I'm having one challenge.

I have a page that's a Javascript calculator. It's mostly sliders and drop down list boxes. Here is the HTML/PHP version:

I tried taking the entire HTML file and dropping it into a Modx resource but the slider controls do not render properly. I can't link to it since it's on a local server but I've attached a screen capture where you can see that the sliders are missing.

I'm hoping this is something simple. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The sliders are a jQuery-ui components, do you have jquey-ui on your template?

That's it. I was missing the necessary js files from my assets folders. Or rather, they were in the wrong path. Sometimes, I just need a little knock on the head. Thanks.
