    Good day.
What is the problem, let's have a page catalog/ (fixed URI) well and accordingly the full path:
mysite.com/catalog/ as everything is simple and clear fires ^(.*)$ index.php?q=$1 (standard code)

htaccess how to implement so that he would send to this page (mysite.com/catalog/) GET request
that would be going to mysite.com/catalog/tovar_art worked the same page mysite.com/catalog/ current is a parameter artycl=tovar_art

    Something like mysite.com/catalog/?artycl=tovar_art

This is a wild guess, but it might work:

      RewriteRule ^mysite.com/catalog/(.*)$ mysite.com/catalog/?artycl=$1 [L]
