Custom caching system gets clear along modxcaching system

I was wondering if this would be a considered situation. I noticed that my custom cached data gets clear everytime modx clears the cache. In many cases, I don't want this to happen as I have archival systems that don't need to be refreshed everytime the site is modified.

Maybe in the next release adding an optional parameter to avoid this to happen?

this depends, on where (in which directory) you store your custom cached data

In fact, its not only a matter of directory. Anything in core/cache/ will get cleared.
