IE Login snippet not working for "web" context front-end users in subdomain

Alright, so I know this has been out there for sometime with different threads however I'm still not getting any results.

Clarification: The entire ModX Revo site is running under it's own sub-domain.

I've looked at the following:

What I've done:

1. Set the session_cookie_path to "/"
2. Set the session_cookie_domain to ".myDomain.com" (dot)+True live domain name
3. Flushed all sessions in Modx session table
4. Cleared ModX cache directory
5. Cleared all browser cookies
6. Set the remberMeKey and Conexts properties; &rememberMeKey=`rememberme`&contexts=`web` parameter in Login snippet
7. Set the form check box field to checked by default (checked="checked")

Results: Still unable to authenticate via IE on web context. This does however work fine in FireFox, so I'm still missing something in the IE world and I think it's just a gotcha one I'm simply over looking. What have I overlooked on this one...
