I will be the first to admit that my skills are very limited in this but I can not for the life of me figure out how to cut & paste some embedded form code from Mail Chimp onto my web-site. Should be easy, but nope, I can not figure it out. Anyone have EASY to understand steps?

There is also the MandrillX class that sends using the MailChimp offshoot Mandrill. You can send bulk emails (up to 12,000/month free) with Mandrill.

Another option would be the Notify extra, which sends emails using Mandrill. It's designed for notifying users of new or updated Resources, but it can easily be used to send any form of email to subscribers (usually managed by the Subscribe extra).
