lighttpd issues - wrong paths, images via migx and external css not showing

Hi there!

I'm using MODX 2.2.14 on a customer's server which uses "lighttpd". I have edited the rewrite-rules according to the MODx-documentation for FURL's, the pages are getting rewritten as they should (http://rtfm.modx.com/revolution/2.x/getting-started/installation/basic-installation/lighttpd-guide).

Now to my problem: inbetween the site there are images included via MIGX and [[!getImageList? &tpl=`Artikelbild` &tvname=`Artikelbild`]] which shall be displayed. When I take a look at the source-code of the frontend, I get the following:

But it has to be like this:

<img src="/assets/bilder/startseite.jpg" width="100%" title="Startseite" />

So there's one "assets/bilder" generated too much.

When I try to access the images directly via my browser-address-line like this

http://www.webseite.de/assets/bilder/startseite.jpg

I'm getting an error site like the file is not available. But this is not true, the file is definately positioned in this folder!

Additionally I have the problem that I use an external css-file which hold some background-images, which I first entered with related paths. But those don't show up in the front-end. Then I tried to change the relative paths to absolute paths, but without any difference.

Does anyone has any tipps for me to solve these problems?

Ok,

the 2nd problem is solved...it was my own fault as I only edited the first entries of my CSS-file. But it has been made for Responsive Design, so I had to edit some more entries to get the correct paths to the images. Now they are displayed!

But the first problem still exists. I changed via Tools -> Mediasources in the Filesystem the entries for basePath and baseUrl from "assets/bilder/" to empty. Now the paths are correct in the front-end.

But this leads into another problem...I created an author-login and defined those paths in Mediasources so that if the author-user uses the file-browser for uploading a file he get's automatically logged into the specified folder (assets/bilder). With those changes I made described in the paragrahp before the user now get's logged in to the root-folder. I don't want it to work this way, the author-user shall still be logged in to the specified folder (assets/bilder/). Any hint to achieve this?

Ok...

by using "&processTVs=`0`" inside my getImageList-call I can set the media-sources-folder again and the paths are generated correctly...thanks to Bruno for sorting that out for me!
