Thought I'd take a look; I wanted to check out the new package management module... I keep forgetting how FAST! the Evo Manager is. I don't even have time to blink on localhost before the resource/element/system setting is saved. [ed. note: sottwell last edited this post 12 years, 5 months ago.]

That's about the only reason I'm still on Evo.

I'm still not happy with the Revo Manager's fragility, either. How often do we hear about the Evo Manager crapping out? I've never had a problem with Revo's Manager (except for the speed), and I haven't actually kept track, but it seems to me that there's a few of these problems posted for the Revo Manager every week.

I know somebody who is making a really nice Manager using JQuery. It's actually more of a front-end application, since it uses a context and resources. In other words, it uses MODX to manage itself. He's getting close to a beta. I've played with it, and it's really nice. Fast, stable, and very easy to customize.
