Installing Modx Revolution 2.2.14 failed

Hello Everybody, Tried to install modx revolution 2.2.14 but got this error;
The install failed because MODX could not unpack the /home/kisscit116/domains/modx-revo.nl/public_html/core/packages/core.transport.zip package. Make sure that the /home/kisscit116/domains/modx-revo.nl/public_html/core/packages/core.transport.zip file exists and is writable, and that you have made the /home/kisscit116/domains/modx-revo.nl/public_html/core/packages/ directory writable.
The file exists and the directory and file is writable (777)
Extracting it myself failed as wel.
Anybody that knows how to solve this problem?
Apache 2.2.26
DirectAdmin 1.45.0
MySQL 5.1.73
Php 5.3.28

Now I see an other warning on top of the page;

What do I have to do on line 151??

nothing, make sure you set ch mod to 777 for that directory

If I login to the control panel of ,my webserver. I can use the filebrowser. There you can see who the owner of a file is and take ownership. In my Modx installs sometimes 'apache ' is the file owner. If that is so it is not possible to chnage the chmod settings of folders or files. So you will have to change ownership;

I would however first, upload a fresh download of MODx and try again.

I can change the chmod to 777 ans I did but it is still giving this error.
My control panel is DirectAdmin but I don't see anything about a owner.
I tried a fresh downloaded of MODx and installed it, still the same error.

In directadmin you can see all file and set ownership. It must have something to do with ownership. Also setting chmod, make sure you set it for the subfolders and files. But I tend to do that in directadmin, because it s quicker.
