Currently we use trello.com, but it only fits for individual project.
I've never seen graphical timeline in basecamp.com, so I could not track milestones.
I'm interested to redbooth.com, and think to give it a shot.
But anyway, I'd like to know about other options, so am pretty interested to hear your experiences on using them.
Cheers.

Trello has a Due Date feature and also a Calendar feature which shows all the date items. But yeah, its not as nice as a real timeline, or being able to group items into a milestone.
I've been looking at
CodeBase which deeply intergrates Git into a full project management suite of apps, including time tracking, tasks and milestones.
