I am wondering how to create theme options page. I know TV's can be created for each template. But I want some general options for styling (like colors, fonts) and footer chunk which will be same of each page.
I just saw a theme at themeforest which has theme options page with custom tabs. Kindly check attached image.

That is done with the
ClientConfig extra.
