Load document in template

Is it possible to load 1 document into the template?
Because i have 2 divs.
1 div is the main content and the other is a content that changes every month.

I have used a chunk now. But it would be easier for the client to edit it as a normale page.

Is that possible?

Yes; use a TV with @DOCUMENT xx binding, where xx is the ID of the document to load

There are tons of ways to do the same thing. I would enter each months changes as a new item, assign them a folder, and use ditto.
