Link button in editor stopped working

Hi all.

OK...strange issue here. I’ve got a client with a modX install and it’s been working just fine for the past week.

Apparently the "insert/edit link" button for the content editor window (TinyMCE) as stopped working. At first she said that when she’d click the button she’d get the following message: "Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page. Changes have not been saved. You will lose any changes you have made."

Apparently that has gone away, and now it just doesn’t work. She clicks the button and nothing happens.

She is using IE 7 as her browser.

It works fine for her on her laptop, and it works fine for me on my computer in all versions of IE and Firefox.

So, it seems that it’s just the browser on her one computer.

Has anyone heard of anything like this happening? Any suggestions as to how to fix it?

Have her clear the cache and the cookies for the domain in the browser. That might help.

also there is a bug when you use the preview tab and press save reload lots of funktions in the editor sees to work.
