Do you have the ht.access file renamed to .htaccess?
Are you using any user/group permissions?
Are you sure the other resources are published?

You need to rename ht.acces as .htaccess so that the Apache web server knows to rewrite your URLs.
Basically, there is no file named "obo-mne.html" for Apache to find. So it needs to know via the .htaccess file to rewrite all those "whatever.html" to "index.php?q=whatever.html".
Now, with the index.php file, MODX runs and internally deals with looking for a resource with the alias of "obo-mne".
