How to inherit TV values (type checkbox) in the BACKEND? (reworded)

Hi,
i got a TV called CSS

Inputtype : checkbox

Input Option Values: @SELECT name FROM modx_site_htmlsnippets WHERE category = 9

(Category 9 is a Chunk Category containing additional css parts)

And its working as expected.

But now i want the values to be inherited within the manager:
When i create a new child document the TV values on the parent document should be the TV default values of the child.
And TV checkboxes should be checked.

Is it possible?
