delimiter in tv

When im using delimiter on multiply list tv it's not work fine

for example
my tv elements is 1||2||3||4 with delimiter ","

if [[+tv.mytv]] then 1||2||3||4
but if [[*mytv]] its work and looks like 1,2,3,4

why?
