    Hi,

    thanx for all info.

I added code you suggested. I run bootstrap and export / import before "build"

In config file under "resolvers" I removed "addUsers" and inserted only "uros". Now console on install is not blank, but it gives me:

Attempting to install package with signature: uros-1.0.2-beta1
    Package found...now preparing to install.
    Grabbing package workspace...
Workspace environment initiated, now installing package...
Could not load package metadata for package uros.
Could not load class: uros from mysql.uros.
    Successfully installed package uros-1.0.2-beta1
    /* EOF */

In resolvers I aslo tryed to put defauld + uros .. in this case i got Could not load class: uros from mysql.uros. twice.

anyway .. i understand the error but what class exactly is missing or what causes this error ?

Is there a class called 'uros' in your schema?

Is there a uros.class.php file in the model directory?

        well .. yes

under assets/mycomponents/uros/core/component/uros/model is a folder "uros" and inside is "uros.class.php" beside "uros" I also have folder "schema" where "uros.mysql.schema.xml" is located. Inside xml I have <object class="uros"...

I also tryed to put those files in model root but without luck... where exactly uros.class should be located and where xml ?

Class name defined in schema is case sensitive ? Where I can find an example of class for xml schema because I used that one from doodles example and corrected core paths .. probably i messed something there...

Anyway .. tomorow I'll delete all and try it again from start.. Where can I find an example class used to build a schema? .. that would be helpful

well .. I hope tomorow I will have more luck smiley

Take a look at the ClassExtender extra. It extends modUser and/or modResource and creates a custom DB table in each case.

You can see the MyComponent version of it at GitHub: https://github.com/BobRay/ClassExtender

Thanx for all help. I didn't had time to do some more testing but i will soon. First I need to develop my "modx extra" and then i'll try again to export it with all needed components.

              2. I'd like to use default modx styling (tabs, lists, buttons,...) Is there any reference of what styles have on my disposal ? .. i checked few ExtJs examples where a lot of classes are used and is confusing to get the right styling out...

yap, that's what sucks about extjs...furthermore it also doesn't use "normal" markup for many form elements, so you would have to artificially generate the f***** up markup extjs is generating to be able to use the built in css of the manager...I tried and gave up very quickly^^...actually took me less long to reverse engineer some of the extjs/modext javascript and use this than to figure out how exactly extjs is creating various elements...

what you can do is inspecting manager elements (with FireBug/Inspector) and pull out the styles you need, e.g. colors, backgrounds, paddings, margins etc. and write your own stylesheet (which you then can load in your CMP) to achieve a similar look...this is tedious work though...
