Suddenly, Quickedit is no longer working on my site. If I load a page from a browser, it doesn’t show up at all. If I load a page from the Preview in the backend, it shows up on the first page that is loaded, then disappears if I click on any link.
Also, the content edit buttons never show up now.
Anyone experience this before?

Is the js still being loaded? Check a "view source". Have you added another Javascript feature? There may be a conflict. Or have you done anything like installing or reconfiguring a NoScript plugin to your browser?
I experienced a similar problem yesterday. QuickEdit and Manage pics in Maxigallery suddenly disappeared.
They were working earlier, and they worked fine on my local testing server, so I synched both databases. Still didn’t appear, so I synched all files; still nothing. Finally, I whacked cookies, closed Firefox and reloaded the manager. Still no QuickEdit! Viewing page source revealed no QuickEdit in the page code.
Finally, I chose Site>Preview to view the page (instead of opening another tab and loading the page URL separately). Bingo!
Conclusion: Clear your cookies, reload your browser, then always use Site>Preview to view the live page.
