    Hi folks,

    When I installed the WayFInder Add on, I got the following message in the COnsole Window:

    Console running...
    Attempting to install package with signature: wayfinder-2.3.3-pl
    Package found...now preparing to install.
    Grabbing package workspace...
    Workspace environment initiated, now installing package...
    PHP warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: invalid range in character class at offset 38
    PHP notice: Array to string conversion
    snippet_err_createArray
    Error saving vehicle object of class modSnippet; criteria: Array ( [name] => Wayfinder )
    Successfully installed package wayfinder-2.3.3-pl

    Should I be concerned with the PHP warning ?

      Just to follow up on this....

      I have tried to create the most basic menu but nothing is showing on the page so I guess it has to do with the error messages. I have tried uninstalling and installing again but sames messages appear.

      Any ideas ?

        Just to be sure, since the default is no, are all the resources you wish to be menu items published, and the "hide from menus" box not checked?

        I dunno about that error. Maybe someone else will. Bump

          I think your issue is related to this one: https://forums.modx.com/thread/89668/cannot-save-a-snippet-chunk-or-tv-on-new-box-install.

          What version of MODX are you using?

            The Hide from Menu boxes are NOT Checked.

            I am using MODX Revolution 2.2.13-pl (traditional)

            I had to make alterations to regular expressions in other files in order for MODx to create Chunks and TVs. I guess the same applies to snippets too huh

            Below is an excerpt from the core/model/modx/mysql/modsnippet.map.inc.php file.
            'rule' => '/^(?!\\s)[a-zA-Z0-9\\x2d-\\x2f\\x7f-\\xff_-\\s]+(?!\\s)$/',

            Changed it to
            'rule' => '/^(?!\\s)[a-zA-Z0-9\\x2d-\\x2f\\x7f-\\xff-_\\s]+(?!\\s)$/',

            Now, it is working.

            Thanks for yor help folks. Much appreciated.

            Just ordered your book Bob. Looking forward to receiving it.
