Is it possible when I add a new page and I have a custom TV in that page, the default input is 0 and not empty?

Set the default for the custom TV to 0.

In the TV, there's a field called Default. Just enter the 0 into that field. If you want to replace the default, enter something else on the resource.

You have a "Default Value" field when creating a TV - add your "0" to it
