Does anyone have a guide to speed Revo up - extremely slow in comparison to Evo

Is there an ultimate guide somewhere

How best to set-up the manager config, using all of the thousand settings e.g. DB cache etc.

I am not a back-end developer, nor do I wish to or intend on modifying the core, so any help is greatly appreciated

What are you finding slow? Are you running custom snippets? To my surprise I just imported two evo sites into revo and while I expected some performance loss, I was delighted to see improvement rather than loss.

Please share detail of your configuration, snippets/plug-ins, and host/server.

I'd be interested to know what's slow, too. Revo's front end delivery performance should be similar if not faster than Evo due to the improved caching. Of course the manager is going to be slower due to ExtJS and we're hoping to be rid of it in 3.0 (or whatever it will be).

Yep, the manager is extremely slow in comparison to Evo

I can't say anything about the front-end as of yet - i'm not that far smiley
