TVs not respect access permissions

If I set a tv for a certain document group it’s still visible for all visitors and not only users from that group.
anyone aware to this problem?

using 0.9.6.1 rev 3118
PHP 5.2.3
MySQL 5.0.16 (?)

TV document groups are only applicable for content management activities; the TV content itself will still show to visitors if that’s what you mean.

Use a snippet to keep the tv data private. I think personalize will do that.

yes it’s the content I want to hide. want to have 3-4 more tvs visible for admins only on each page.
I looked at Personalize but can’t figure how I can use it to show my tv?
also another drawback is that can be used only once on page.

I’m familiar with phpBB where you have

doesn’t modx have something similar?

Try MemberCheck: http://modxcms.com/MemberCheck-541.html

Also I think that you could do this with PHx as well.
