Pass TV value to another TV in same Manager page

Is there a way to pass the value of my pagetitle TV to several other TVs within the same manager page?

Essentially , I want these *other* TVs to inherit the content of the pagetitle but @INHERIT is slightly different.

Do you need to store the derived values in the TVs, or do you just want to display something (what?)

I'm having trouble understanding why you use TVs for this.

Ideally I'd like my client to complete the page title field, save the page and then see the pagetitle value in a few other TVs within the same Manager template. I'm not talking about the rendered web page here.

Currently my client completes the pagetitle and then has to input the exact same data into some other TVS on the same page. It doesn't sound like a big deal as they just copy and paste but multiply that task a few times and it quickly seems inefficient.

Almost. Why not just use the *pagetitle tag in all the places where you want to display the pagetitle?

If you really need to set it in a TV, I would use a plugin attached to OnDocFormSave and perhaps hide the TVs from the client.

Displaying the info on the front end web page is not the issue. Client uses resources in the Manager as a sort of CRM.

You could certainly modify the TVs in OnDocFormSave and, if necessary, again in OnDocFormPrerender.

Does the pagetitle of resource A only apply to the other TV values of resource A, or will it also be in the TV values of other resources? Is the pagetitle the whole of the value of the TVs, or only part of the value?

Correct. Only to TVs on the same manager page.
The page title is the complete and exact value.

Well, you'll need a plugin to set the TV values to the pagetitle value onDocFormSave. Using an @EVAL binding wouldn't work on page creation, because the resource isn't saved (with its pagetitle) yet. It would work when editing an existing page, but to get it set on first save you'll need the plugin.
