Hello, I developed my modx site on my local machine and uploaded all contents and db (via dump) to the server. The manager frontend is working fine. However, all snippets are not returning any values. The only items that I get are content and standard html (not generated via php).
I have set the .htaccess to the root directory of "/" but there is no luck here. I even changed the directory to "/httpdocs" and this does not work either. The [(base_url)] is working because the site is rendered with the proper .css file which is retrieved via "[(base_url)]assets/templates/522_custom/css/master.css"
So, any ideas here. I’m not even sure where to troubleshoot.
A little more information after troubleshooting. The QUERY_STRING global is null:
// Null is evil
if (strpos(urldecode($_SERVER[’QUERY_STRING’]), chr(0)) !== false)
die();
I guess this may be the issue?
Yes, other php scripts are working - the entire manager interface is fine and is updating properly, etc.
Here is the Apache, PHP, etc.
Apache/2.0.54 (Fedora)
PHP/5.0.4
MySQL Client API version 4.1.20
DOCUMENT_ROOT /var/www/vhosts/522productions.com/httpdocs
I can upload the entire phpinfo() if that is helfpul.

The snippets are not found in the Manager. I have all of my custom chunks, templates, etc. but I do not have any snippets except for AjaxSearch and Breadcrumbs.
Hm maybe the snippets weren’t restored properly from your DB dump to the live server Database? Did you get some sort of error when you migrated your DB?
Basically you should check the amount of rows in the <prefix_>site_snippets Table locally as well as on the live-server.
Thanks. For some reason, the snippets just did not populate. So, I manually added them back in and the site works fine. Not sure what happened...
Thanks for all of the help. The site is up and running now.
