System Settings Stuck in 'Loading...'

    Hello!

    I have a fresh installation of Modx Revolution 2.2.14(traditional). When I entered the "System Settings" and selected "core"->"Lexicon and Language" or "Authentication and Security", the "loading..." showed up and just stuck there.
    I've re-install it for several times to try. Problem's still there.

    Any idea?

    I'm using xampp 1.8.3, and db charset is utf8.

      I changed to my mac, then all was fine.
