Where does modx store the advanced options, i.e. New folder permissions and new file permissions?

The config key and core path are stored in the config.core.php files. The various paths and URLs and most other information is stored in the core/config/config.inc.php file.
I can't find the file and directory perms. anywhere. They must be somewhere.
