I have a variable template that I use on my main page for some kind of news section... The variable template is pointing to a page Id #4 so I put @DOCUMENT 4 in and everything is showing up find.

I have to edit this page a lot and I like to use quickedit to do so.

I found that if I use [*#news*] I can see the quickedit button. When I click on this button I can edit the variable template it self and that’s @DOCUMENT 4
I would like to go directly edit the news pages like when I click on the quickedit button for [*#content*]...

Is it possible to change this and if so how ??

I’m beginning in php and HTML so I will need some help for a hack...
Thanks a lot for your help !!

Not aware of any way to do this without creating your own code to do it; QuickEdit knows nothing of @DOCUMENT bindings.
