Let me preface this by saying at best I’m a front-end WordPress developer so I’m trying to set-up a simple splash page with my limited knowledge hoping to just use existing elements from templates and chunks by basically duplicating them then editing them. Feel free to tell me if this is something best left up to a more knowledgable developer….

I’ve set up the following splash page:
    http://aztecsolar.com/solar-pool-ppc.html
based on a duplicated main template where I removed some head elements and menu navigation by removing chunks. I based it off of the main template being used for the home page.

Where I’m stuck is I’m trying to take the Request an Estimate Form from the home page (http://aztecsolar.com) -- the chunk is [[$form_Estimate]] – and place it onto the splash page. This chunk was not located in the default template but an element of it is seen in the homepage’s content when viewing it in MODx. So I pasted it into my splash page. The only problem is that it isn’t rendering correctly. Is there something in the CSS I need to edit for my splash page’s estimate form? I’m also not seeing many of the chunks that are being referenced in the main template in the MODx CMS file directory. For example there’s a chunk for the phone number [[$phone]] and another for the banner ad in the header [[$ad_header]] of the main template that I can’t seem to find anywhere in the file directory. Would anyone know where those chunk files would be located? Note - they aren’t located under the Chunks area in the CMS directory. Any help would be much appreciated!!!! Thanks!

I really do think you'll need some help with that. Even if you get it to display properly, you're going to need some custom PHP code to process the form when it's submitted.
