Hrm, sorry about that! On line
765 of core/components/resizer/model/Imagine/Gd/Image.php try removing
final (which really shouldn't be there). So the line should be:
public function scale(BoxInterface $size)
Or if you'd rather, try out a
pre-release version of 1.0.0. I've reworked quite a bit of it, however I still need to update the documentation.
Also you'll get better performance if you have Imagick installed; GD is kind of primitive. Though if you're on shared hosting you may not have any control over what's installed. I'm going to add in the documentation about how to build ImageMagick for best performance...
