Just wanted to run this by people in the know to make sure MODx is suitable (I’ve used it once before a while back for a simple site and need to get back into building CMS/apps).
A printer wants a login quote-creation system created for one of their clients. The client will choose size, ink colours, varnishing and quantity in a step-by-step fashion, the prices for which (per 1000) need to be adjustable by the printer and so in a database. The client will then save quotes with a title, delivery date and a quote number will be assigned.
Your thoughts on how to achieve this would be appreciated. Thanks.
