Hi all, strange problem here. A week or two ago the manager was working fine for a client site, this week it's down. No changes were made as far as I'm aware.

This is what I get when I go to the manager URL:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getMessage() on a non-object in /home/devbrewn/clients/kryal/core/model/modx/modmanagercontroller.class.php on line 552

I've had a look through the line in the code and nothing jumps out immediately to me as being an issue.

Anyone know what could have happened & how to fix this?

The first thing to try is deleting all files in the core/cache directory.

You might ask your host if anything has changed.

The message suggests that the request isn't being initialized properly, though I don't know what might cause that.

Another thing to try is going into the DB with PhpMyAdmin, repairing all tables, and disabling the plugins (set the disabled field to 1 in the modx_site_plugins table).
