    Hi!

I'm having a problem with the Gallery plugin. The plugin doesn't find the image files from the server even though I've uploaded them with the plugin itself.. It looks like that plugin knows that files should be somewhere, but the thumbnail is gone and no images are shown either. Here's a screencapture of the problem: https://www.dropbox.com/s/itn178uhj3w7mja/Screenshot%202014-04-16%2010.18.41.png

Does Gallery need some other plugin to work correctly or should I define images location somehow or what is it all about..? [ed. note: termospullo last edited this post 12 years, 5 months ago.]

I think, there is something buggy with the current gallery/phpthumb - combination (frontend and backend)

You got any idea to fix it? I got no knowledge about php really and I've tried to check the plugin code if there was something wrong but honestly I have no idea at all.. I'm also very new to ModX so please excuse me for dum questions. smiley

Has anyone any idea how I could fix this one? Or should I try some another gallery plugin?

Think this problem was related to folder permissions. I Believe it was fixed in Gallery 1.6.2-pl. If you haven't already, upgrade to latest version and let us know if you still have this issue.

Check your /public_html/config.core.php file. Make sure you are pointing to the correct folder. That worked for me.
