my first modified theme.. please help with errors

but it says page loaded with errors.. can someone identifify what the errors may be?

i mean IE says page loaded with errors in status bar

validator shows many errors

i m uploading the template.. will be very helpful if any one can make nrcessary modifications and reupload

yep.. i gave up with modx.. switching back to good old CMSmadeSIMPLE

Too bad. The learning curve is more than some of the single click install CMSs and may be frustrating for those who want to just get a site up in a few minutes without ever using it before. It is not for everyone. Thanks for giving it a try. Come back again.
