I ran a modx install from a temporary URP x.x.x.x/~user, at the moment domainname.ext is the new domain name
The domainname.ext/manager resolves fine, but the login is not succesful. looks much like i have no access to manager resource. How to fix that?

Re run setup in upgrade mode and then delete everything in the core > cache folder via FTP
First thing I did, re-run setup, did not change anything. Must be in the permissions, will nedd to chqnge that in the Db. When I login there s no error. Just that the manager does not open.
Finally, just exported the DB except for the user tables. deleted all tables. Reinstalled from scratch, copied over the assets folder en imported the DB. All fine.
