I have used Modx for a few years now and have had 2 contact form on my website which have worked perfectly for all this time. Suddenly the form is no longer working, it sends an confirmation email to the customers email address but not to us. I have tried alternative email addresses but still nothing. We haven't changed anything our end that I'm aware of (its possible something could of changed on our hosting I suppose). Any ideas?

It's not uncommon for hosts to upgrade their systems over time (security updates and what not). Could you tell us more about the hosting environment?
