2.2.13 just patch or upgrade?

As soon as I noticed the upgrade notice, I did the quick patch suggested for modx.class.php.

But reading through the info and blog posts, it seems that this security patch is the only real change in the release, so is a complete update required? Or can we wait for 2.2.14 before doing a complete update?

I believe it's just the modx.class.php being the only different thing, or at least that's the implication, while other elements didn't make it into the release.

I have upgraded some sites to 2.2.13 and patched others but the zc=1 and far=C issues that sprung up with the newer phpthumb file(s) in versions above 2.2.10 I believe are preventing me from updating any other sites.
