On an existing site I have Gallery working using the Colorbox jQuery system. I am also using a TV to add the Gallery number ID. This works ok on a single page that then displays the Gallery with its thumbnails.

I would like to have a container page that uses getResources to display titles, paragraphs and individual Gallery thumbnails from child pages that I can use with the Gallery number ID TV. I am having real issues getting this to work.

The container page will aggregate the title and intro text of any child pages but will not display any of the page content or the gallery thumbnails? I am adding the &includeContent property in the container page snippet call for getResources.

What is the proper way to do this?

    Thanks!

You will probably have to manipulate your getResources TPL to use one of the Gallery snippets for generating the actual Gallery output in the content. Just using the [[+content]] output to properly represent the processed content usually doesn't work.

I thought this would be the issue...

I might have to rethink my presentation here. I wanted the container page to dynamically present headlines, paragraphs and Gallery thumbs in each post and have multiple combination posts presented on the page without needing to click on child page links.

It might be easier to add a largish teaser image using a TV and then have that link follow to each child page gallery...
