[solved ]Modx 1.0.13 with no quickmanager toolbar

Hello ! I tried to install the 1.0.13 for a new website. install is ok (i add php version 5 to the htaccess file)
after install, i log in as the administrator, but in the front end there is no quickmanager toolbar.

same problem with 1.0.12
no problem with the 1.0.10

what's wrong with the two last versions ?

default it is set off.
check plugins section and check if it is on.

thanks ! it was disabled ! it is useful for the end user to avoid him to enter the back end.
