Just upgraded a site from 1.0.10 to 1.0.13, and the KCFinder works for files, but the images is stuck "loading...".
The site is hosted on 1and1, so not sure if there is an issue there. I saw something similar on another site, but found a special character was used in an image title. I've checked the folder and can't find any special characters in the images folder.

This is a big fail. Apparently if images have a space in the name, the KCFinder won't load.
