    Hi,

Recently had some minor issue with the server disk space (big log file forced it to run out of space). The result of this issue was that when I log into modx manager with specific account (unfortunately it is default admin account) I see in left resources column only collapsed contexts. Clicking small arrow in front of the context name does not do anything. If I specify in the browser location bar direct URL to specific resource I can edit it. But resources tree stays always collapsed (does not expand). All other features seem to be fine. Also front-end seems to work fine. There were some small other issues - weird title ("undefined" instead of "View manager logs") in Reports -> Manager Actions but these were gone when logfile was removed and there was again enough space on the disk.

Just to note that when the issue with disk happen I was logged into the manager with the account in question. Any other accounts can expand and collapse the resource tree as needed.

In an attempt to resolve the issue I cleared browser cache, modx cache, flushed permissions and sessions and also manually removed everything in modx cache/ folder. Also tried the trick with disabling js & css compress - without any luck.

If anybody experienced the same or has any solution to this problem please share it.
thank you in advance [ed. note: krajicek last edited this post 12 years, 6 months ago.]

Just a small update to above:

Tried to restore the files & database from the backup made prior the 'out of space' issue, but it did not help at all.

However the core files were not restored because these are under /var and that's not backed up sad
