phpthumb Broken On Upgrade

I upgraded an old evo site from 1.0.10 to 1.0.13, and it seems to have broken phpthumb.

Here's the page that the images are broken on.

Per this discussion, it seems to have something to do with the new phpthumb snippet in 1.0.12. I haven't been able to find a solution anywhere else on the forum though.

If I remember right, I may have installed the snippet myself, before it was bundled with the main MODX installation. My current theory is that the install overwrote the snippet I had been using. Or was it always bundled with Evo? I can't seem to recall.

Should I be using a different call? I changed the folder permissions and uncommented htaccess. What else should I try?

Due to recent problems with phpthumb on the newest version of Revo on some other sites, I switched to pthumb. Is there a version of pthumb for Evo? Would it be easier to switch to something like that?

On that page the images to thumbnail are not found. Try it with &image=`images/[+tvitemnumber+].jpg`.

It had originally been set to that. I put the slash in there to see if it would make a difference, but no go. Any other ideas?
