Answered Gallery not accessible to anyone except default admin user

    Hi all!

    I've run in to an odd issue... Only the default admin user can access "Gallery" management page.

    Default Admin User -> able to click the top menu link, directs user to Gallery manager, no issues
    Duplicate of Default Admin User -> left in the same groups/acl/permissions. Unable to see the default "Gallery" link in top menu, unable to go to the URL, get the following "Error! Access Denied."
    Content editor - Same error as Duplicate of Default Admin User

    I've done a chmod of my files/directories to make sure they're all as they should be.

    Running:-
    MODX Revolution 2.2.13-pl
    PHP 5.2.17
    MySQL 5.5.33-31.1

    Any advice you can offer on this, would be amazing. I'm pretty sure I'm doing something daft, but I feel like I'm just going round and round in circles.

      Are you sure, there isn't a special entry for the gallery-menu in the 'permissions' - field?

        Hi Bruno,

        Thanks for the swift reply. From that suggestion, I went back and looked at another site that I've built and saw that there was a permission there that wasn't in the new site. Genuinely and honestly I didn't delete it... very odd! Still, it's fixed. Thanks for being the MODx compass needed to get the resolution! smiley
