When I try to create a new user, the browser (firefox, chrome, ie) will load the top nav and resource / elements / file tabs, but the rest of the page is blank (ie. no form to enter new user info)

Chrome's console.log says there is an "Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function" (https://f.cloud.github.com/assets/331944/2425152/d2df18e4-abb0-11e3-9297-599e7c32a5fd.png). Firebug's console log has a shorter error saying "TypeError: b[e] is not a constructor". The current install is MODX Revolution 2.2.13-pl (traditional) and a MediaTemple GS hosting account.

Has anybody experienced anything similar? My client is wanting access to their site, and I'm stuck without being able to create a new user for them.

    Thanks in advance!

Try turning off compress_css and compress_js in the system settings, and if you can't access that through the manager turn them off in the database table system_settings (set to 0).

After that, delete the files in the core/cache folder.

No other pages are blank? Just the new user page? Interesting.

I was playing around with the compress_css and compress_js settings over the weekend. When they are turned on, many of the pages (like the package management, chunk/tpl/tv pages, as well as the new/edit user pages) are blank. When compress_css and compress_js is turned off the pages will load, but the new/edit user pages are still blank due to a JS error.

Ryan Thrash recommended that I re-install 2.2.13 without the "merge". This solved the issue for me.
