Revo Usage Query

Hi All,
If I build a website with Modx Revo can I sell my website as a product to multiple potential clients. Let's say I build a website that handles inventory for a specific type of business. Can I effectively sell that same unchanged product (my Modx Revo Website) to all those business or how does it operate. What's the best way to approach it from a business perspective?
