Hi all, I was teaching 2 collegues to edit new documents in modx, and discovered that when we login with their account instead of the admin one I am accostumed to, they are not given the longTitle, description fields in the editing interface.
I went straight into the setting for the Role the user is part of, but all check-boxes under 'General' and 'Content-management' are already set; I don't see anything else related to the issue further down the page
How can I have those fields shown for them too (aside from promoting the user to the admin Role) ??

Check the "mm_rules" chunk used by ManagerManager plugin.
you probably have something like:
