How do I put a "delete this document" link inside a document?

How do I make a link in a document that will delete that document if the user logged in with WebLogin has the privileges, NewsPublisher but the other way around. NewsManager as far as I could tell gives the possibility to list documents with a delete option but can I use to create a "delete" link inside the document?

FDM (Frontend Document Manager) has this feature.
